Applicant Statuses allow you to organize your applicants to your needs, thus reducing guesswork and increasing efficiency with the hiring process. The applicant status flow clearly identifies where a applicant is within the recruiting process: Recruiting User View and Applicant View. The statuses together are known as the Talent Pipeline.

Each status has labels (such as "New Application"), which may be the same or different for applicants and recruiting users. Applicant Statuses can be maintained in Admin Tools. The pipeline perspective of statuses can only be viewed after requisitions have been approved and posted.
