An irreversible Business Function (BF1) was activated on the development system, but the activation was never transported to the productive system. After a while need to activate another Business Function (BF2) and transport the activation to the productive system.
The system writes the entire settings, that is, all of the activated business functions that are displayed in transaction SFW5, to a transport request. It's not possible to transport only a part of the activated business functions. (See SAP Note 908007).
