2225105 - Web Intelligence reports stay in pending - Error in Event Viewer: Couldn't get IJob interface or writing IAudit

• Reports are scheduling correctly during but after a while, many start to stay in pending status and the following error appears in Event Viewer:

Couldn't get IJob interface or writing IAudit: Pipe exception. Reason: jobserverchild (, 0, Timeout waiting for Child [XXXX] to register ([120]seconds).
Where XXXX is the PID of the Job Server Child created.

• Another symptom is that after enabling traces, no traces are created for the Job Server Child. However, when working correctly, it creates the trace files as expected.
• While JobServer.exe can't create a correct child for Web Intelligence Documents, it still can schedule correctly Crystal Reports 2011 or 2013 (depending on the version used).
