2225249 - The size of system log file not changed after modifying parameter rslg/max_diskspace/local

Symptom

The size of the system log file SLOGXX (defined by parameter rslg/local/file ) did not change after modifying the profile parameter rslg/max_diskspace/local.

For example, increasing the value of parameter rslg/max_diskspace/local from 500000 to 1000000.
      The size still with old value as below:

X            499860    abc00    2014/09/11    13:58:50    SLOG00

As a result, the SAP system log duration of retention did not change as expected.
