2225420 - Configure Sybase IQ ODBC on Linux for Crystal Report 2013

Symptom

  • When trying to run a crystal report 2013 report based on Sybase IQ while ODBC connection is not well configured within Business Intelligence 4.1 processing server, the following errors are displayed:

       "NCS Library binary not found" and "procreport DLL was not initialized successfully".

  • When viewing the report, the following error is displayed:

       "The Viewer could not process an event. Failed to open the connection -<connection name> Error code: 0 CRWEB000000000119".
