2225859 - ESI - Introduction of WSDL URL Flavors for Binding generation from SOAMANAGER for the new Single Configuration UI

Symptom

The latest Single Configuration UI introduced WSDL Flavors for transaction SOAMANAGER. The generation for the URL access path of the WSDL file has changed with the upgrade.

Examples for the old syntax:

Binding WSDL: /sap/bc/srt/wsdl/bndg_E123D4567890C/wsdl11/allinone/ws_policy/document?sap-client=100
PortType WSDL: /sap/bc/srt/wsdl/sdef_SRT_TEST_PROVIDER/wsdl11/ws_policy/document?sap-client=100
