2226188 - "Partner Delivery Address not found" error occurs or the address is cleared during SC creation

Symptom

  • System throws "Partner Delivery Point not found" (or "Partner ship-to address not found") error during Shopping Cart creation.

  • After user resets the Delivery Address and adds a new manually, the address will be cleared when user navigates to another tab.
  • Transfer from SRM to backend is failing because of the XML error "Partner ship-to address not found".
