2226493 - WebI schedules are stuck in Pending, never go into Running

Symptom

  • Scheduling a WebI Report results in schedule getting stuck in Pending. Recurring schedules also go into Pending.
  • Connection Server is in Failed state.
  • Connection Server logs have the following errors when the server starts:
