2226506 - SPM - Server Error in user interface

User Described: Server Error while creating new Navigational Dimensions on SPM GUI in Production system. When we save the navigational dimension, it is showing server error on SPM GUI.

Observations:

1) SPM User Interface
Server Error presented near search box when attempting navigation dimension work.

2)HTTP Watch Trace displays 500 error at
https://server/epm/opm/bidata/SPM/dataSources/0ASA_MP01_Q1002/metadata/navDimensions?cell_limit=0

3) Error logs from SAP message processor
Destination_Service_Write_Permission
com.sap.security.core.server.destinations.api.DestinationException: [com.sap.ASJ.dest.sxyxx] User-based destination service access denied to principal xxxxxx. Assign the UME action Destination_Service_Write_Permission if the user should have the permission to save, update or remove destinations. The action is available already to the Administrator role.
