2226656 - MDF Position Data in Table (Ad hoc) Reports Displays InternalId for Foundation/Generic Object Columns - EC

• When running a Person and Employment Table report that has the option to report on MDF Position data (Job Info Position), strange ID numbers are returned for Foundation Object related fields, when reporting on Position object data.
• Succession By MDF Position Table report returns internalCode instead of Labels for Foundation and Generic Objects - Legal Entity, Business Group, Cost center, Department, Division.

1. Create a new Person and Employment Info (as of Date) Table report.
2. Select any Foundation Object based fields under the column set - Job Info Position, such as Company, Business Unit, etc...
3. Run the report and note that ID's are displayed in these columns instead of the expected Label/externalCode value.

Caused by a functional gap in the Ad Hoc report schema for EC data.

• This is a known limitation within Succession by MDF Position Ad Hoc report.
• Use Advanced Reporting or People Analytics as these solutions return the valid Label/Code instead of the database InternalId for the record.
