2226661 - Error "com.sap.sdt.jspm.model.DeploymentQueueIF.getDeploymentStatus() of a null object loaded from local variable 'queue' " in SHOW-DEPLOYMENT-RESULTS phase

Symptom

When trying to upgrade Solution Manager system version by using SUM, face below error at post processing phase "STARTSAP_PUPG":

- SHOW-DEPLOYMENT-RESULTS_XX.LOG:

[Error ]: The following problem has occurred during step execution: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.sdt.jspm.model.DeploymentQueueIF.getDeploymentStatus() of a null object loaded from local variable 'queue'.
