2226928 - Getting error: No usage statistics in Reporting tab in SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 version

Symptom

When trying to take the usage statistics in the reporting tab in SMP3.0, we get the error as "No usage statistics exist" even the applications are created.

  1. Login to SMP 3.0 management cockpit
  2. Create an agentry application
  3. Go to Reporting tab -> Click on Usage Statistics
  4. You will get an error "No usage statistics exist"
