2227309 - Free Cost Object Not Found in Free Cost Objects View Because it is Invalid

You cannot find the Free Cost Object you are looking for in the View Free Cost Objects.

1. Navigate to Workcenter Cost and Revenue.
2. Open the view Free Cost Objects.
3. Show All Cost Objects and search for the Cost Object
4. The results show "No records found".

The validity of the Free Cost Object has ended. In the view Free Cost Objects you can only see valid Cost Objects.

If you want to navigate into the Cost Object and e.g. extend the validity, you can do this via the report Free Cost Object List.

1. Navigate to Workcenter Cost and Revenue
2. Select the view Reports - List
3. Open the report Free Cost Object List
4. Click Go and find your Cost Object
5. Click on the Cost Object and then on the arrow
6. Select View Cost Object
7. In the tab General you can extend the validity and save
8. Now you will be able to find the Cost Object again in the view Free Cost Objects
