2227342 - Workflows no longer trigger

A workflow does not trigger although the Workflow Derivation XML is correctly configured for this workflow to trigger.

Enable Business Rules for Workflow Derivation is enabled in Provisioning.

Note: When you enable Business Rules for Workflow Derivation in Provisioning, even if you have a Workflow Derivation XML with configuration imported, the configuration in this will be ignored by the system.

The same applies for Event Derivation XML, when you enable Business Rules for Workflow Derivation in Provisioning, even if you have an Event Derivation XML with configuration imported, the configuration in this will be ignored by the system.

1. Log into Provisioning
2. Go into Company Settings
3. Search for Enable Business Rules for Workflow Derivation
4. Deactivate this option

 Now the system will check and apply the configuration you have specified in the Workflow Derivation XML (and Event Reason Derivation XML).
