2227717 - No synchronization between call state and business transaction status

Symptom

While processing a call list you observe at least one of the following symptoms:

  • When button End is clicked in the business transaction that corresponds to the call,  the call status is not changed
  • When the business transaction status is changed, the call state is not changed
  • When the call state is changed, the business transaction status is not changed
