Symptom

During the update of the Introscope JAVA Agent from version ISAGENT 9.5.6 Patch 0 to a higher patch level or release, the update fails with the error:

  • 003 : Rejected due to the following reasons(s): Component sap.com/ISAGENT_MIN_J5 cannot be downgraded
