In Legacy Performance Form UI: When opening a performance form, receive an error message:

In Latest Form Experience UI: When opening a performance form, receive an error message: 

Unable to Load Data. Internal Error

• SAP SuccessFactors Goals Management

1. Attempt to open a performance form through the Inbox, notification email, Team Overview, or the To Do list
2. Receive error message

• The user opening the form does not have the correct permissions to access the form content.
• There is no Goal Plan linked to the Goal Section in Manage Templates and the form was launched in this way.
• If the form has an objective/goal section, development section, and/or learning activities - the user doesn't have Goal Plan Permissions to the linked plans/learning activities.
• Cache issue for the Goal template when the Goal template is changing

To add/check the permission, follow these steps:

1. Action Search: Manage Permission Roles
2. Select the role to modify
3. Select the Permission... link
4. Navigate to User Permissions > Goals/Objectives > Goal/Objective Plan Permissions > select all Goal/Development plans or Learning Activities referenced in the performance form
   • Note: Use Ctrl+Click if adding multiple items, and to ensure you're not de-selecting any items already permissioned.

• Try changing the locale to English US and try opening the form.
• Try clearing the errors under "Talent Intelligence Hub: Pre-migration Checks (under the Migration Tab), Missing Job Description Manager data reference in the mapping entity. • To fix the cache issue for the Goal template when the Goal template is changing, save the relevant goal template of the form template without any changes.
