2228753 - ORA-00959: tablespace _$deleted$XXX does not exist error in DEPLOY-COMPONENTS phase

When trying to upgrade a JAVA system by using SUM,  face below error at "DEPLOY-COMPONENTS" phase:

Directory:  /usr/sap/<sid>/SUM/sdt/log/SUM/TroubleTicket_XX.txt

An error has occurred during the execution of the Deploy software components step with action execute. Service com.sap.sdt.jspm.service.JspmService failed with the following message:

Could not update components.
