2228948 - R3load error during installation with SWPM on SQL Server

Symptom

You're performing the installation of a new SAP System on SQL Server database. You are using the <sid>adm account to perform this installation.

During the installation process you get the following error:

"An error occurred while processing option ... > ... > SAP Applicaiton Server ABAP > MS SQL Server > ... > ... ( Last error reported by the step: Process call '<driveletter>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\exe\uc\NTADM64\R3load.exe -testconnect' exists with error code 2. For details, see log file(s) R3load.exe.log.)."

Running manually R3load.exe -testconnect cause the following errors:

"(DB) ERROR: db_connect rc = 256
(DB) ERROR: DbSlErrorMsg rc = 99

r3load: job finished with 1 error(s)"
