2229171 - Other users cannot run a procedure with DEFINER option

Symptom

You defined a procedure with DEFINER option by a user (USER_A).
Then you granted the EXECUTE privilege to another user (USER_B).
When you executed the procedure by USER_B, authorization error below occured.

Could not execute 'CALL USER_A.test_proc_A()'
SAP DBTech JDBC: [258]: insufficient privilege: Not authorized
