2229583 - When using rs_admin and/or rs_monitor dll's to obtain Relay Server version information the returned page is blank

Symptom

  • When using the URLs listed below the Relay Server Version/Status page returned is blank.
    http://<your server address>/ias_relay_server/admin/rs_admin.dll
    http://<your server address>/ias_relay_server/monitor/rs_monitor.dll
  • The Relay Server log shows this message:
    Cannot find the language resource file (dblgen16.dll). Make sure the language resource is within the system search path and also the web server worker needs to have permission to read it.
