2230238 - Cannot access CMC or BI in NW portal after patching BI platform 4.1

• User upgraded SBOP server to BI 4.1 SP6, then deployed the packages BOEWEBAPPJAVA and WS_WEBAPP to NW 7.31 portal.
• User failed to access CMC or BI over http.
• 500 Internal Server Error is returned for HTTP request.
• But was able to login to login irj and nwa.
• User was getting error below in default.trc:
