Symptom

After importing a transport request, following error is generated in the log:
“Failed to import entity Report files, ID:COMPANY\EEXCEL\REPORTS\
Unknown message with \ROOT\WEBFOLDERS\Environment Name\ModelName\EEXCEL\REPORTS\
Failed to roll back entity Report files, ID:COMPANY\EEXCEL\REPORTS\XXX.XLSM
