2230626 - RESTful Web Service call receives EMPTYBODY with no hierarchy or structure in reply - Data Services

• Data Services RESTful web service saves successfully but function xml is not correct.
• Web service function call contains data but is stored in target table as EMPTYBODY or has no structure or hierarchy.
• Web Service function xml, does not contain appropriate $REPLY_SCHEMA content when viewed from datastore function properties.
• Web Service datastore saves successfully, but the function fails to import with below error :
  Error "An error occurred while importing metadata: %1 (BODI-1111469)  The Adapter XML for function <> contains parssing errors in the object <XML Schema>:
