2230825 - "OutOfMemoryError: Could not allocate 0 bytes"

Symptom

When try to upload the Agentry application to SAP management cockpit, it failed and get the error messages:

   :    [3576]  12:47:44    ***ERROR (:0): InternalError: Internal error java.lang.InternalError without stack
   :    [5116]  12:55:37    ***ERROR (:0): OutOfMemoryError: Could not allocate 0 bytes
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded

   :    [5592]  12:56:30    ***ERROR (:0): OutOfMemoryError: Could not allocate 0 bytes
