2230841 - Create Subscription failed with a NULL in the WHERE clause - SAP RS 15.7.1

• Issue the following command in Repserver(RS):
  
       create subscription test100_sub for test100_rep
       with replicate at ASE157SP130.erdb
       where b=null and c=null
       without materialization
• Prior to SRS 15.7.1 SP200,  the command fails with this error:
  
       Msg 28061, Level 12, State 0:
       Server 'eRS1':
       Unknown column type 232 for column 2 of replication definition <test100_rep>
• For SRS 15.7.1 SP200-SP301, RS crashes with a minimal stack trace and signal 11, followed by a Ct-Lib error:

"ct_results(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to  disconnect"
