Symptom
The messages of SQL Anywhere are output according to the language setting.
Therefore, in the case of the non-English environment (e.g. Japanese), localized messages are output by default.
However, at the time of the troubleshooting, English messages are necessary.
So you have to change the setting of the SQL Anywhere language by the Language Selection utility (dblang) to output English messages.
However, the setting language would not change correctly.
