2231157 - "partialKeys are inconsistent" and "CPA object not in cache" errors in clustered environment

Symptom

The following errors are observable in the traces during regular message processing, or during successful CPA Cache refresh in the SAP Process Integration / SAP Process Orchestration system:

com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPAObjectKeyException: partialKeys are inconsistent
at com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.cache.CMLCacheManager.getCPAObjectsByPartialKey(CMLCacheManager.java:195)
at com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.cache.CacheManager.getPartiallyQualifiedCacheItems(CacheManager.java:1315)
at com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.lookup.AbstractLookupManager.getCPAObjectsByPartialKey(AbstractLookupManager.java:955)

and

CPA object not in cache.
