2231295 - SUM error: Cannot find executable 'disp+work' in path: PATH

Symptom

You are performing ABAP system update/upgrade via SUM. An error occurred in phase "OOLVERSXML_ROADMAP" or "SELECT_ROADMAP". Error messages in log files look like below.
