SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2231306 - Deleting an SMP package application connection in SCC shows this error: "This application connection information is out-of-date. Click refresh button and perform the operation again."

Symptom

  • Customer is  unable to delete an Application Connection ID via SCC.
  • SCC shows this message:
    This application connection information is out-of-date. Click Refresh button and perform the operation again.
  • SCC still shows the application connection after the second deletion attempt.

  •  The SCC Gateway log shows this error:
    com.sybase.uep.admin.client.AdminException: OBJECT_NOT_EXIST:Delete Application Connection failed. LogicId:56453 ErrorCode:3 ErrorMessage:Invalid device id, or the device has already been deleted.
