2231637 - Editing Involved Parties for Opportunities and Appointments is not possible.

Symptom

Maintain Involved Parties cannot be edited for opportunities and appointments.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work centre.
  2. Select the relevant Implementation Project.
  3. Click the button to Open Activity List.
  4. Forward to Fine Tune.
  5. Select All Activities and search for Activities. [Do the same then for Opportunities.]
  6. Select the link Maintain Involved Parties. [Do the same then for Opportunities.]

Result: You cannot edit the Party Roles maintained.

Cause

The activities have not been added to the Implementation Project.

Resolution

Add the activities to the relevant Implementation Project and maintain the Involved Parties for Opportunities and Activities.
