2231644 - Syntax error in transformations

Symptom

You patched your SPAM/SAINT to at least version 58. Now when you are trying to patch components of your systems via SPAM / SAINT, you are receiving errors due to a syntax error in transformations (e.g. RTA_SLANA_HTML).

Error analysis
    The following syntax error has occurred in program
      CL_OCS_RT_ANALYSIS============CP      :
    Transformation "RTA_SLANA_HTML" has no active version or contains syntax errors

Please note: The error can also occur on other transformations in the system, not only for RTA_SLANA_HTML.
