2232471 - Error: 'The data source is invalid: Unable to retrieve the datasource configuration', when creating a report based on a Universe in Crystal Reports for Enterprise

• Error: 'The data source is invalid'
• Unable to refresh or create a new report.
• When attempting to create a new report based based on a Universe in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, it fails with the error:
    
  "The data source is invalid: 'Unable to retrieve the datasource configuration : com.<Server Name>.sdk.exception.SDKException$XXXFramework:
  Unable to find servers in CMS <Server Name>:<port Number> and cluster  @<Server Name> with kind pjs and service null.
  All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)"
