2233263 - SUM Java Error: "All selected SDAs and SCAs have already been deployed before.".

Symptom

You are performing Java system update with SUM. Option "Manual prepared download directory" is being used. An error occurred in step "SHOW-VALIDATION-RESULT". Log file "\SUM\sdt\log\SUM\SHOW-VALIDATION-RESULT_08.LOG" displays the following error.

[Error ]: The following problem has occurred during step execution: com.sap.sdt.util.diag.DiagException: Validation of deployment queue completed with error: No valid Maintenance Certificate found on AS Java with SID <SID>.
