2233263 - SUM: update SHOW_VALIDATION_RESULT -"All selected SDAs and SCAs have already been deployed before"

Symptom

Software update Manager (SUM) tool shows below error while update using "Manual prepared download directory" option or using stack xml file.

Most of time it happens with "Manual prepared download directory" update option.

Refer to Log file : \SUM\sdt\log\SUM\SHOW-VALIDATION-RESULT_08.LOG for similar error :

[Error ]: The following problem has occurred during step execution: com.sap.sdt.util.diag.DiagException: Validation of deployment queue completed with error: No valid Maintenance Certificate found on AS Java with SID <SID>.

Error during validation. Detailed message is All selected SDAs and SCAs have already been deployed before..
