2233402 - Cannot edit/display fields even with SAP_ALL authorization

Symptom

One of the following issues occur in the system:

  1. A specific system user is unable to edit certain fields in a random screen, even if this user has SAP_ALL authorization, however any other user is able to edit the same field;
  2. Fields are not visible for some users.
