Symptom

  • The start time and finished time are exactly the same
  • The time duration displayed when entering the time confirmation (when completing a work order) is incorrect and it should be based on the real start and finish time
  • When a technician or user completes a Work Order (WO), the time calculated between start and finish (duration or time lapsed) is not properly calculated due to the official start time is not saved during transmit
