2234139 - Explorer error "(PS 50306)" when opening some information spaces or creating new ones

Symptom

  • When trying to create new information space using explorer this error message is displayed: "Failed to open the exploration view set. Can't apply the object level security. (PS 50306)"
  • Error Details: "Failed to retrieve the data source object tree for the exploration space { id: dddc5ac8-04d2-4118-9b8a-12bc8421e9ff, name: RtWS, version: 2015-06-10_08.36.21.460 }."
  • The same error is displayed when opening some explorer reports even with Administrator account.
