The kernel of the system was upgraded and the WEBGUI, ITS-based service or SAP Screen Personas flavor ceased to work, presenting a popup:

This may also occur during migrations or new system implementations where production FQDNs are reused/pointed towards the new system (which contains a different SAP kernel from the old system).
