Symptom

  • BEx Query Selection option variable is converted in a range parameter.
  • Unable to enter multiple values for a BEx Query Selection Option Variable in Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
  • When creating a report in Crystal Reports for Enterprise based off a BEx Query with a Selection Option Variable, it prompt for a start and end value, instead of a multiple values prompt.
