2234455 - Thousands separator is displayed differently when creating a new Web Intelligence report based on XLS or XLSX data sources

• There is a difference in displaying the thousands separator when creating a new Web Intelligence report based on Excel XLS or Excel XLSX data sources.
• When creating a new Web Intelligence report based on the XLSX data source, a thousands separator (",") will be displayed in the Query Panel or in the report block.
• When creating a new report based on the copy of the previous spreadsheet, which has an XLS extension, the thousands separator is not displayed.
• Behavior is the same in BI launchpad and in Web Intelligence Rich Client.
