Symptom

  • Error: "This page can't be displayed"
  • Start Page does not display online resources.
  • Error: "http://templates.ondemand.com is not accessible."
  • When opening Crystal Reports for Enterprise, the Start Page display the error:
       
       "This page can't be displayed
        - Make sure the web address http://templates.ondemand.com is correct.
        - Look for the page with your search engine.
        - Refresh the page in a few minutes."
