Symptom

Replication Agent is down with the following message in Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) log:

server Started Rep Agent on database, 'DBname' (dbid = 11).
server Error: 9219, Severity: 20, State: 83
server RepAgent(11): Internal coding error.
server Rep Agent Thread for database 'DBname' (dbid = 11) terminated abnormally with error. (major 92, minor 19)
