2235113 - How to Add/Edit/Remove Columns in the Onboarding 1.0 Work Queue - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Need to add/remove columns to Onboarding 1.0 Work Queue.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

  1. Go to Super Admin > Process
  2. A list of process will appear. If you want to add the column in Onboarding then select Index Fields

  1. A new list will appeara and you may select from that list such as department.
  2. Click on department then click yes under the Work Queue column.

Add Index Field

  1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding back-end > Target Customer Account > Click Process > Find and Select target Process > Click Index Field
  2. Click Add Index Field button under Tasks section locate in the left side of the page
  3. Populate the following fields:
    • Code - Enter the a Unique Identifier
    • Name - Display Name that will show in the Work Queue columns 
    • Key - The Data Key where value is coming from
    • Display in Work Queue - Option to show or hide the column in Work Queue

    1. Ensure that Display in Work Queue is ticked
    2. Click Create or Update button to save the changes

    Rebuild Cache:

    1. Go to Super Admin > account > manage Index Fields cache
    2. Enable index fileds cache > yes
    3. Rebuild Cache
    4. Save changes
    5. Test the scenario with a new candidate.
