Symptom
Need to add/remove columns to Onboarding 1.0 Work Queue.

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Resolution
- Go to Super Admin > Process
- A list of process will appear. If you want to add the column in Onboarding then select Index Fields
- A new list will appeara and you may select from that list such as department.
- Click on department then click yes under the Work Queue column.
Add Index Field
- Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding back-end > Target Customer Account > Click Process > Find and Select target Process > Click Index Field
- Click Add Index Field button under Tasks section locate in the left side of the page
- Populate the following fields:
- Code - Enter the a Unique Identifier
- Name - Display Name that will show in the Work Queue columns
- Key - The Data Key where value is coming from
- Display in Work Queue - Option to show or hide the column in Work Queue
- Ensure that Display in Work Queue is ticked
- Click Create or Update button to save the changes
Rebuild Cache:
- Go to Super Admin > account > manage Index Fields cache
- Enable index fileds cache > yes
- Rebuild Cache
- Save changes
- Test the scenario with a new candidate.
