2235199 - PARDIST_SHD: No active nametab exists for "TASUVCAT"

During an upgrade in MAIN_SHDRUN/PARDIST_SHD phase you get the error saying that "No active nametab exists for" all or any of the following tables:TASUVCAT, TASUVEXT, TASUVSVD, TASUVSVO and TIBAN_ACTIVE.

Inside distributor file , DSyymmdd.<SID> file, you will find something similar to this:
