2235545 - Error IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1 ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_BROKEN after updating SAP Content Server

Please note the current SAP Content Server release is actually 7.5 and this version should be used for new installations and upgrades. More details in note 719971 - SAP Content Server release strategy and note 2786364 - SAP Content Server and Cache Server 7.5 (and higher).

• This KBA is for SAP content server 6.50 which is now out of support, please upgrade to SAP content server 7.5 as per notes above.
• Your SAP Content Server is updated to 6.50 SP2 or higher.
• After the update, in t-code CSADMIN, when you access tab Certificates, error IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1 ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_BROKEN happens:

• If the same error appears in other transaction codes, you can check whether the error also happens in CSADMIN -> Certificates tab. If yes, it should be same problem and this note can be applied.
• If you check into the dev_icm trace with level 3, below messages can be observed:

SAP Content Server upgraded to 6.50 SP2 or higher.
