2235648 - No single upload in the Document Center - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

In the Document Center there is no Single Upload Button to click on.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

When you are in the Document Center the Single Upload Button is not presented.

Cause

User does not have permission to view the Single Upload Button.

Resolution

  1. You need to assign the user to the group "Admin Document Center".
  2. Go to Security
  3. Assigned Groups
  4. Find the user in search field
  5. Select the Admin Document Center Group  from right side of page.
  6. Click on the arrow button to give the user access to the Admin Document Center Group.
