2235669 - Error: Prompt answers could not be apllied, when attempting to create or view a Lumira document based on a BEx Query that uses a date variable

Symptom

  • Error: Prompt answers could not be apllied.
  • When selecting specific date value for the prompt, it fails with the error.
  • Some user can successfully view or create a Lumira document based on a BEx Query, but for other users it fails.
  • Unable to create or view a Lumira document based on a BEx Query that contains a date prompt. After entering a value for the date prompt, it fails with the error:
      
       "Prompt answers could not be applied."
