2235930 - Tag Count Is Not Updated When Using "#" Tagging in Feeds

The tag count is not updated when tagging content in Feeds using the “#” symbol.

SAP Cloud for Customer Core Applications

1. Navigate to the Feeds work center.
2. Open the Tags pane on the right-hand side.
3. Post a new feed update and include a #tag (for example, #test). 
4. The tag usage counter in the Tags shelf is not updated

When both the Feed screen and Tag Shelf are opened simultaneously, posting a feed with a tag (e.g., #test) may not immediately update the tag count.

Note:
Refreshing the Tag Shelf will display the updated count.

1. Navigate to the Feeds work center.
2. In the right-side pane, select and open Tags.
3. Post a new feed update and include the desired tag (e.g., #test).
4. Refresh the Tag Shelf to see the updated tag count. You can refresh by either:
   Pressing Enter in the search box, or
   Closing and reopening the Tag Shelf
