2236151 - SuccessFactors EC Mashup error: Payroll is not available for the country of employment. Please check with your Admin.

When trying to display the Payroll Information Portlet or Card of an employee's People Profile and when accessing any Mashup in SF Employee Central, the following errors are raised:

• In the Legacy People Profile: We can't process this request because Payroll is not available for the country of employment. Please check with your Admin.
• In the Latest People Profile: We can’t process this request because Payroll is not available for the country/region of employment. Please check with your Admin.
