2236157 - Error: "The viewer could not process an event. JRC00005380" is received when trying to view any CR4E reports from CMC/BI Launchpad.

Symptom

View any Crystal Reports for Enterprise(CR4E) from Central Management Console(CMC)/BI Launchpad and receive below error message:


"The viewer could not process an event. The data source is invalid: 'csOCA'. Please contact the maintainer of the data source to solve the problem. [JRC00005380] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"
